Three houses.
No guesswork.

We buy, sell and source Rolex, Audemars Piguet and Patek Philippe — and nothing else. A narrow focus is what lets us price to the reference, spot a redialled dial across a table, and tell you when the watch you want is the wrong one.

Specialising in three maisons rather than thirty is a decision about depth, not scale.

Authentication

The caseback comes off. Every time.

A watch can pass a visual inspection, carry a convincing card, and still be wrong. So we do not stop at the dial. Every watch is opened, the movement photographed and its serial checked against the case, the rate measured in six positions, and the case dimensions taken with a micrometer to see whether it has been polished away.

What comes back to you is a condition report with the raw photographs attached — including the parts that are not flattering. If a bezel insert is a service replacement or a crown is a later part, it will say so, and the price will already reflect it.

Sourcing

How a search actually runs

Most of what we sell never reaches a public listing. Here is the process when you ask us to find something.

01

Brief

Tell us the reference, the dial, the year and the condition you will accept. If you only know roughly what you want, that is a normal place to start.

02

Hunt

We work our own network of collectors, dealers and estates. Most searches close inside three weeks; a specific dial variant can take a season.

03

Inspect

Case measured and photographed under raking light, movement opened, timing run on the Witschi. You see the report and the raw images before you decide.

04

Settle

Wire or escrow, insured and fully tracked door to door. Fourteen days to return anything that does not match its report.

Calibre 2121 and the end of a 4-decade run

Audemars Piguet retired the 2121 in 2022. We look at what that has done to 15202 pricing, and why the 39mm case is the part buyers should actually be arguing about.

Reading a Rolex case before you read the dial

Lug chamfers, caseback engraving depth and drilled lug holes tell you more about a vintage Rolex's history than any paperwork that came with it.

Why an Extract from the Archives is not a valuation

Patek Philippe will confirm what left the factory and when. It will not tell you whether the dial in front of you is the one that left with it.
